A shot of the coal reclaimer from the control tower.  At the time this picture was take in the spring of 1984, the plant had not yet begun generating electricity, however, they were in the process of stockpiling coal for startup.   The reclaimer was made by Krupp and could chew through 3-feet of ice.  A definite requirement since the plant was built on the southern shore of Lake Ontario.
